Meet the Founder
With over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles, I have seen and experienced a lot in my business career. Throughout this period, my passion has always been to support people and drive teams towards success.
Spanning strategy, operations, commercial, business development, finance, HR, legal, in a global scale, my general management and leadership experience is broad. Having a passion for how business should be done, I now want to use those skills and knowledge I have gained to help develop others.
Specifically, I formed Insights Development to empower current and future leaders to excel in their roles. In addition, I tailor courses to individuals to assist in career development, provide coaching and mentoring, along with advising on process optimisation, which is my specialisation.
I have mentored at CEO level through different programs, which is where my coaching experience comes from, along with internal coaching programs throughout my career with Oracle.
One of my greatest achievements was working alongside The Prince’s Trust in the UK, providing various mentoring and workshops to the young adults.
