I have a passion for people, and over the years, my success in running various lines of businesses and teams has simply been to develop the people. This has always been my number one priority.

After two years abroad running a couple of startups, having come out of the corporate rat race, I found myself back in the UK pondering my next move.

I then found my niche and started delivering training for a reputable training company. Over the last two years, I have been delivering development training to a wide range of business sectors across the UK and Ireland. I then made the brave decision to start up on my own.

My flagship Leadership and Management training has been hugely successful. I offer a range of options my clients can choose from, along with other soft skills training.

I started my career in accountancy, leading on to sales and then operations, where I have spent most of my life. Process optimisation and streamlining have always been my focus, always asking myself the question: are processes fit for purpose? See my facilitated workshops section for more.

With my experience through various mentoring programs, I mentor at many levels, including CEO level. Over the past two years, through my development training, I have found myself more and more coaching individuals through my training and workshops. I must say, this can be very rewarding, especially guiding and helping others to achieve.

One of my greatest achievements was working alongside The Prince’s Trust in the UK, providing various mentoring and workshops to young adults.
