1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any services you purchase from us, including subscription-based services. By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to these Terms in full.
All services are delivered by Susan Brewer, trading as Insights Development Ltd.
2. Subscription-Based Service
Description: Provider will supply business advisory services, including business advice, operational, people development and strategic planning support.
Subscription: Each subscription provides access to the service for a 30-day period.
Delivery: Services are delivered remotely or if the client is local and agreed by both parties on site and scheduled by mutual arrangement.
Scope changes: Any change to scope will be documented and may affect price and delivery times.
3. Subscription and Payment
Subscriptions operate on a 30-day rolling basis.
Payment is taken in advance for each 30-day period via our secure online payment system.
Unless cancelled at least 7 days prior to the next billing date, your subscription will automatically renew for the next 30-day period.
You authorise us (and our payment processor) to automatically charge your card for recurring subscription payments until cancelled.
Prices are clearly stated on the website and include any applicable taxes.
Late or failed payment: If a payment is declined or not received within 7 days of the due date, and cancellation of the service has not been provided, the service will not be delivered for the next 30-day cycle.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us or using your account settings on the website.
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancellation must occur at least 7 days before the next 30-day cycle begins.
Access to the service will continue until the end of your current paid period.
Cancellation by Provider: Provider may terminate with immediate effect for non-payment, material breach, or behaviour that prevents safe service delivery. Provider will give reasonable notice for other non-material reasons.
5. Refunds and Cooling-Off Period
You are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase unless you start using the service before that period ends.
Once you access or use the digital service, you acknowledge that your right to cancel and receive a refund is waived.
Because the service is digital and consumed immediately, no refunds can be provided once the service has been accessed or used.
6. Digital Delivery
All services are delivered digitally by Insights Development. Once payment is received, access will be granted according to the subscription terms.
7. Liability
We take all reasonable care in delivering our digital services. However, we are not liable for:
interruptions beyond our control (e.g. internet outages or technical issues), or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant 30-day subscription period.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided as part of the service remain the intellectual property of [Business Name] and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
2. Refund Policy

At Insights Development we provide digital services and subscriptions delivered online by Sue Brewer. Because of the nature of digital delivery, we aim to be transparent about refunds.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions run on a 30-day rolling basis with payment taken upfront.
To stop the next payment, you must cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Once payment for a new period has been taken, your access will continue until the end of that 30-day period.
Refunds
You are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law unless you access or use the digital service during that time.
Once you have accessed or used the service, you acknowledge that you have received the digital content and therefore no refund will be issued.
Refunds will not be provided for partial use, change of mind, or non-cancellation prior to renewal.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe a refund should apply (for example, due to a billing error), please contact us at info@insightsdevelopment.com. We will review your request within 7 working days.
